Atishi Marlena
Atishi Marlena, age 32, is a social activist and a member of Aam Aadmi Party. She has worked in the field of alternative education and curriculum. She was also instrumental in drafting the manifestos of the party in the Delhi Assembly elections. In her earlier days, after spending a few years teaching in Rishi Valley School in Andhra Pradesh, Marlena moved to a small village near Bhopal where she engaged with alternatives, including organic farming and progressive education systems. Atishi continued to work with several non-profits and associations like Sambhavana Institute of Public Policy in Himachal Pradesh where she met Prashant Bhushan, an AAP founder.
